House Rules
• Minimum stay: 2 nights
• Only small pets are allowed, subject to prior approval by the host (breeds considered dangerous are not permitted)

• Quiet time from 10 pm to 7 am
• No visitors allowed for reservations shorter than 5 nights
• The accommodation is exclusively for guests registered on the reservation
• Children and pets must be supervised at all times
• Please leave shoes by the door
• No visitor parking
• Stay may be terminated for non-compliance
Check-in:
Upon arrival at the Babylon building reception, you will be provided with an electronic access card, which is required to access the building, elevators, amenities, and the apartment itself. Please remember to return the card upon departure, as a replacement fee of USD 20 applies for lost or unreturned cards.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, including the lobby, Level 17, the rooftop area on floor 18, and inside Volcano View 1009.
Other things to note:
The full size gym and the laundry area are located on the second floor.
There is a coffee machine and snacks and beverage vending machine in the room behind reception.
If you wish to rent the e-scooters or bicycles, please contact reception and they will help arrange.
Please note that underground parking is very limited and subject to availability.
To book one of the two glass-fronted meeting rooms in the reception area, please book with the front desk staff.
