Master bedroom with king size bed,secondary bedroom has a queen size bed, both have private bathroom equipped with full rain shower, 65” smart 4k tv and private balcony.
Enjoy a continental breakfast provided at your arrival in a spacious marble top breakfast table for long stays.
Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, full cookware, dishes and silverware that will satisfy all your home or gourmet cooking wishes.
Enjoy cable TV or 4k streaming movies with a 65" smart 4k TV or use it as a second monitor for flicker free meetings in the quiet environment of your apt.
Please ask for additional cleaning during your stay if desired. 2 cleanings per week on long stays is included.
Laundry and drier in apt. Soap and softener provided for your convenience.

We stayed here for 10 days while my mom had dental work done. So much attention to detail in this very well stocked home. It was very comfortable for my husband, mom and me. Would love to stay again sometime. The gym in the complex is well equipped. The pool looks nice as well but we never made it out there. The host is very responsive though we had no needs as everything was already there! Very clean too. Thank you!

The host was very helpful and quick to respond, he gave us everything we needed. The amenities were great and we had all of the equipments we needed, the location was great, and the view was very beautiful.

Our stay at SmartMobilis was awesome, we really appreciated the attention to detail of the hosts providing various kitchen utensils & condiments and even adapted the place to our needs (e.g., adding extra desks for remote work). Everybody was very friendly, attentive and responsive. We had a great time and highly recommend this place for a luxury stay in SJ!

This place is fabulous! A new building with all the technical amenities of a modern home and all the essentials for comfortable easy living. The cleaning service and the cleaning person were wonderful. The location is perfect if you like big cities and access to many of Costa Rica's world renown must see sites and things to do. The host, Jorge, is very helpful and very responsive to inquiries and needs. This will be my home of choice when in Costa Rica.
