Between the beaches, the marina of Taverna and the greenway, the completely renovated house classified 3* welcomes you in a magnificent quiet and secure condominium of 4 hectares including playgrounds: volleyball courts, bowls, ping-pong tables, a swimming pool and sunbathing.
On the edge of the wild beach and the port, Campoloro beach, accessible to pushchairs, bicycles, etc., via the Port or the greenway along the residence, is a 10-minute walk away.
Outside: a 2mx2m shelter for bicycles or others with shower and storage cupboards.
The house is fully air-conditioned by independent air conditioners, mosquito nets on the windows and plenty of storage space.
