About this house rental
New house (June 2020) with 65 m² of living space on two levels, sleeping 4 to 6 people, in a quiet neighborhood 500 m from Prunete Beach.
Located south of Bastia (30-minute drive) near the village of Cervione, in the hamlet of Prunete. Close to all amenities (Super U grocery store, tobacco and newsstand, bakery, butcher shop).
On the first floor, a large 35 m² NON-SMOKING living area, featuring an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, range hood, refrigerator, microwave, TASSIMO coffee maker, and a full set of cooking utensils.
The adjacent dining area includes an extendable table, 4 chairs, and 2 stools.
The living area features a 4-seater sofa, a coffee table, a TV stand, and a 55-inch TV. Free private Wi-Fi (SFR).
In addition, this space is air-conditioned and features a large closet under the stairs, as well as a washing machine and a separate half-bath.
The room is very bright thanks to the floor-to-ceiling window and its south-facing orientation. In addition, the 15-square-meter terrace is equipped with an electric awning, an electric grill, a table and 6 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and a water spigot. The terrace is also designated for smokers (please do not smoke indoors).
Upstairs, a hallway leads to a second separate restroom, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.
The first bedroom features a 200x90 bunk bed, a 200x160 fold-down bed, and a small closet.
The second bedroom features a 200x160 bed, a large 160x60 closet, and a 32-inch TV.
The bathroom is equipped with a single-sink vanity, a towel warmer, and a 120x90 shower stall.
Each bedroom has its own independent air conditioning.
Sheets, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.
Additional amenities are available: vacuum cleaner, hair dryer.
As well as baby gear: high chair, travel crib, baby bath seat.
Many activities are nearby: pony rides, paragliding, tree-top adventure courses, ATV rides, scuba diving, and sailing...
There are many local artisans nearby: charcuterie, olive oil, citrus fruits, chestnuts, and of course hazelnuts, which are the pride of the town of Cervione (Hazelnut Festival in August). You’ll find all the promotional brochures in a display rack provided for your convenience.
On Prunete Beach, you’ll find beach huts and restaurants.
End-of-stay cleaning is included, but this does not exempt you from regularly cleaning the accommodation.
Pets are also welcome; an additional fee of 30 euros may apply depending on the size of your pet.

Nous avons été ravis de séjourner la maison d'Élodie et Eddy, cette location est parfaite en tout point, les équipements sont très généreux et les espaces bien pensés avec de belles prestations ! Merci aux parents d'Élodie pour leur excellent accueil. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
