We had the privilege of staying at this beautiful home in Encino overlooking the valley, and it was truly a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much thought and attention to detail went into the design and layout of the property.The architecture beautifully balances openness and warmth, creating a communal atmosphere that encourages connection. The orientation of the guest house toward the sunrise and the west-facing bedrooms toward the sunset speaks volumes about the intention behind the design. The flow of the space makes it effortless to navigate, and every corner feels both inviting and refined.The pool area is serene and perfectly positioned to take in the expansive views. Although the jacuzzi remained out of service during our stay despite multiple troubleshooting attempts, the overall beauty and tranquility of the property more than made up for it.The decor throughout the home is stunning modern yet comfortable, with a clear eye for aesthetic cohesion. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be to add a few more kitchen essentials such as cooking oils and spices for guests who enjoy preparing meals at home.We did experience some minor frustration with the internal noise sensors, as regular conversation around the fire pit seemed to trigger them, even when noise levels were well within reason. That said, when Justin stopped by to check in on the situation, he handled it with kindness, professionalism, and understanding, which we truly appreciated.Raquel, who managed our booking, was exceptional,attentive, warm, and consistently accommodating. She made sure every detail of our stay was handled with care and that our questions were answered promptly. From start to finish this was one of the best experiences I've had renting with AirBnB and most of that is attributed to The Maimon Group. The house was stunning & somehow managed to look even more incredible once we got on site. Check in was super easy, communication throughout our entire stay was incredible with super clear and fast response times, especially from Hannah. All in all it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish and we would absolutely book again in the future!
