Via Vallarta

The house is large and in a great location. The majority of the house is in excellent condition with a beautiful vista, large bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and great outside space. The beds are very comfortable and you really couldn't ask for much more. The hosts were very responsive to one or two small issues.

The house needs a little bit of money spent on some small aspects such as the curtains in a couple of the bedrooms, the sofa in the main living room and the carpet in one of the bedrooms. There is also building work to a new build next door which was quite noisy and we weren't warned of. Ironically, we did get some quite abrupt warning messages from the host about the noise we were making, although we weren't making any, which was a bit irritating!
