A bedroom with 1 bed of 140, a 3-door wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. A bathroom with toilet. A garage and parking. A fully tiled and covered terrace of 24m² with garden furniture, 2 deckchairs and charcoal and electric barbecues.

My rental is located a few dozen meters from the ocean and the beach on a fully enclosed and beautifully wooded plot of 2700 m2 in the small picturesque village of LA BIROIRE very quiet and very welcoming (visible on Google Earth), 3 km from the fishing port of LA COTINIERE (very lively) with all its activities, attractions and restaurants with panoramic terrace overlooking the port and 4 km from the city center of SAINT PIERRE D'OLERON (with all shops).
For lovers of cycling tours, you have at your disposal on the island, more than one hundred and sixty kilometers of cycle path, one of which passes near the rental. You will be able to discover little corners of paradise that are only accessible on two wheels.
In addition, I am a passionate sea fishing enthusiast.
I could, if you wish, share with you some sea trips depending on the marine weather or failing that, let you enjoy the products of the fishing. All this of course free of charge.
