A second section of the room features a beautiful dining table for 6 people, perfect for enjoying pleasant meals with family or friends, as well as a fully equipped kitchen for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. You’ll find: stovetop burners, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine, and everything you need for cooking.

- ONE BEDROOM: It features a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a dressing area.

- A SEPARATE TOILET

- A MODERN BATHROOM: Relax under a walk-in shower. Towels and a hair dryer are provided.

In the basement:

- TWO BEDROOMS: Each features a standard bed (140x200cm) and a dressing area.

On the second floor:

- A MAGNIFICENT TERRACE: On the roof, you’ll find a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a gas grill. Enjoy the view of the valley after a day of sightseeing or over your morning coffee.

## Access

Access to the apartment is simple and flexible. You’ll have the entire loft to yourself so you can feel right at home.

SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in on your own starting at 5:00 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.

PARKING: The property has a garage where you can easily park your car. There is also a public parking lot nearby if you’re arriving with multiple cars.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: You’re ideally located to explore the city, right in the village of Donzenac.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors between 10 PM and 8 AM.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in from 5 PM / Check-out by 10 AM. Flexibility is possible depending on our availability; please feel free to request it. For any check-out between 11 AM and 1 PM, a supplement of €10 per hour will be charged.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include a full cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens.
DEPOSIT: A deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be pre-authorized.
