Situated on the 4th floor (with lift), this walk-through flat comprises a 28 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A separate kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., and a dining area.
- A laundry room adjoining the kitchen with a washing machine.

- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
Outside:
- A 10m² south-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather, from which you can see the sea.
- A 1m² balcony to each bedroom
Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops (chemist, butcher, grocer, market gardener) as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, tobacconists, market, etc.
There are a number of lovely trails in the area, including a short hike suitable for children: chemin des crêtes, monte Gozzi.
