No. 3 - A charming, brand-new, bright, one-bedroom (T2) semi-detached house with air conditioning, located in Ajaccio in the middle of an olive grove. This property is located near the Domaine des Milelli, a very pleasant place for a stroll. Its quiet location is conveniently close to restaurants, a movie theater, a supermarket, a bakery, and more. The property features private parking with a view of the Gulf of Ajaccio.
The 35 m² apartment includes: a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a TV, a bathroom with a toilet, and a bedroom with a closet. The living room features a sofa bed that converts to a 140-size bed. A 60 m² outdoor terrace is fenced and furnished with garden furniture (1 table + 4 chairs), two lounge chairs, and a parasol. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible.Bel appartement propre avec parking à 5 min du centre ville belle vue,dans un grand parc arboré au calme.

Le logement est très bien équipé et propre. La partie extérieure est très agréable également. Les hôtes sont disponibles et cordiaux. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
