About this house rental
Charming house built in 1921, fully restored in June 2022, available for weekly or weekend rentals during the off-season (minimum 3 nights).
The property has been tastefully and fully restored.
The property features two separate entrances: on one side, a wooden deck in the second row; and on the other side, access via stairs to a peaceful garden (outdoor table + lounge chairs + patio furniture).
On the Dramard Street side, the property is on the first floor; on the Rue des Amandiers side, it is on the upper floor.
The house faces two streets:On the Rue Dramard side, the unit features two double bedrooms, each approximately 10 m², with one offering a sea view, as well as a living/dining area of approximately 15 m² that includes a bow window; on the garden side, it includes one bedroom with two single beds, approximately 9 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
First of all, I would like to point out that the apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In fact, it has two entrances: on one side, there is a staircase with about ten steps, and on the other, three steps leading to the terrace.
For parking, you can park on either of the two streets on the garden side (Rue des Amandiers) or the ocean side (Rue Dramard). There’s always space available, even during peak season.
The beach is 50 meters away.
About 200 meters away, you’ll find a bakery, a butcher shop, a small convenience store, a bar, a tobacco shop, a newsstand, and places to eat (restaurants, pizzerias, and takeout).
The rate includes bed linens and towels: per bed: mattress protector, fitted sheets, duvet cover, pillow protectors, and pillowcases.
For the bathroom: one large bath towel and one standard-size towel per person.
The beds will be made upon arrival.
There is an additional mandatory cleaning fee of 80 euros per stay, which is included in the rate.
Heating is an additional charge during the winter months.
