La Conciergerie du Large welcomes you to this spacious and bright home, located 650 meters from the beach and 200 meters from downtown and its many shops, restaurants, casino, and racetrack. `Le spot` offers you the opportunity to enjoy unforgettable moments with family or friends.
There are many activities available: sailing school, kitesurfing, golf, tennis, horseback riding… Make the most of your stay by exploring the Côte des Havres and the Normandy countryside on foot or by bike, or set sail for the Chausey Archipelago or the Channel Islands.
`Le spot` is also ideally located for exploring Lower Normandy (Mont-Saint-Michel is 1 hour and 10 minutes away, the D-Day beaches are 1 hour away, Barneville-Carteret 45 minutes away, Granville 40 minutes away, and Coutances 15 minutes away by car).
The Accommodation
The house, situated in a quiet area near the center of Coutainville, features the following on the first floor: an entryway, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, which leads to a large, enclosed terrace sheltered from view; as well as a half-bath and a garage.
Upstairs, the landing leads to 3 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and the other two with queen-size beds [160x200]), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Tennis rackets, pétanque balls, a rugby ball, and a basketball)
Linens are not included; you can request them from the Conciergerie du Large.
Linens package: 90€ (bed linens and towels). Your beds will be made upon arrival.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory (it is included in your reservation).
