Guests will have full access to the entire home.

The door has a digital lock so guests can check-in at their convenience. We are available anytime though call/text if you have any questions.

Parking: guests can park 7 vehicles in the driveway. Please note there is no parking on the street at any time. There is also overflow parking near the club house.

Resort: Guests have full access to Veranda Palms Resort amenities at no additional cost. The amenities include a large community pool, water slide, fitness center, and lounging area. The resort is open from 9AM-9PM.

Veranda Palms Resort is centrally located with easy access to Disney Parks (15 mins drive) , Universal (25 mins drive).

Pool and Hot Tub Heat: pool and spa heating is additional $25/day. Please let us know at least 3 days in advance if you would like the pool heated.

BBQ: there is a one time $50 BBQ fee if you use the BBQ.
