Getting Around:
Paradise Palms is a gated community with a security guard stationed at the entrance 24 hours a day.
Parking is available for up to two vehicles. Each townhome has one numbered reserved parking space. Unnumbered spaces are shared and may be used by resort guests when available.
Street parking is permitted in designated areas. Vehicles may not be parked on the grass or in a way that blocks the sidewalk.

Professional cleaning
The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized between reservations. Our cleaning team follows detailed procedures to prepare the home for each arriving guest.
Damage protection requirement
All reservations require damage protection, which must be completed through our third-party system before arrival. The available options depend on the reservation length.
For one-night reservations:
A refundable $250 security deposit is required. The deposit is placed as a preauthorized hold rather than a charge and is released after checkout, provided the inspection confirms that no damage occurred.
For reservations of two nights or longer:
Guests may select one of the following:
A refundable $250 security deposit
A nonrefundable damage waiver of $20 per night, with a maximum total charge of $100
The damage waiver applies to qualifying accidental damage beyond ordinary wear and tear.
Checkout policy
Checkout is at 10:00 a.m. Housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly so the home can be prepared for the next reservation.
Unauthorized late departures can disrupt cleaning schedules and affect incoming guests. Remaining in the property beyond the confirmed checkout time may result in a fee of up to $300.
Starter supplies
This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not replenished during the reservation. A limited starter quantity is provided for arrival.
