Amazing Townhouse Sleep10 Resort

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Angie’s place and I can't say enough good things about our experience. The location is perfect—secluded enough to offer peace and quiet, yet close enough to nearby Disney/Universal attractions, restaurants and such. The community amenities were an added bonus. The security of the gated community was assuring. The clubhouse offered a fitness room, an amazing pool with a slide for the kids and two hot tubs. The pool bar/restaurant were also fabulous. The house itself is beautifully maintained and decorated. Each room is spacious, clean, and filled with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to prepare meals, which was a big plus. The washer and dryer were also great to have - I hate taking home dirty laundry! The home offers fantastic amenities. The lanai and small pool were perfect for a quick dip to cool off. As far as the entertainment options, nearly each room included TV, however were a bit dated and did not have Smart TV capabilities. The hosts were exceptional—friendly, responsive, and attentive. They provided clear instructions for check-in and were readily available for any questions we had. Cleanliness is ALWAYS a top priority. The entire home was spotless upon arrival, and it was evident that great care is taken to ensure the property is well-maintained. Our stay at Angie’s place exceeded all expectations.

The check-in process was very easy and the are was very nice. The house had enough rooms but is poorly maintained. The towels were not clean and since we arrived late in the afternoon and there were no laundry products, we had to go buy towels at Target. There were stains on the comforters or sheets on 3 of the beds. One of the beds was broken in the room on the first floor and the pool and pool area were not cleaned. I am unsure if the owners are in the area but the cleaning service they use is subpar. There were also random rules that were not in the listing. I did reach out to the owner regarding cleanliness when we arrived but the response received did not address those concerns, just the fact that the remotes weren't working and there was an unlocked door.
