Beautifully furnished, calm, and comfortable, with great indoor-outdoor flow, a private workout area, fast 1 Gig fiber Wi-Fi, a dedicated work area, in-home laundry, and a large backyard with BBQ and outdoor seating.

Santa Monica Pier, Third Street Promenade, and Venice Beach are all nearby. SoFi Stadium is about 10 miles away, ideal for game days, concerts, and major events. Also nearby (within 5-10 mins walk) we have: SMC Running track and swimming pool (with 2 pools for training & kids). Clover park with baseball fields, basketball courts and large kids playgrounds. Marine park with baseball fields, basketball courts and large kids playgrounds. A 9-hole golf course.
