About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming, single-storey house in Châteaulin for rent. It has a floor area of 64 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a 22 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 22 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with a sofa bed (forming a single or double bed)
- Bedroom 3: with a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
Outside:
- A 16 m² south-west-facing stone terrace with furniture. It is bordered by a slate cliff and a stream, so you can make the most of the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Châteaulin, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Walking or cycling along the river Aulne
- Beaches around 17 km away
- Canoeing and rowing club on the river Aulne
- Discover the Crozon peninsula, around 30 km away
- Visit Locronan and its medieval town, around 15 km away
- Tasting of local produce
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the garage (one space) or in front of the house (one space).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Châteaulin, about 1.5 km away
- Nearest airport: Brest Bretagne, about 50 km away

- Bed linen and towels are provided.
- Free Wi-Fi is available (fibre optic).
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- The owners provide 4 bicycles (2 adult bikes, 1 teenager’s bike and 1 folding bike) in the garage.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the property for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- The house is very well insulated. It complies with the RT 2012 building standards, although it does not have air conditioning.
