About this house rental
Cocoonr offers this charming 103 m² house in Ploéven to rent for up to 6 people. It comprises a 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 2,600 m². Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor
- Bedroom 2: double bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: single bed
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A lovely, enclosed, private garden of 2,600 m², south-facing
- A south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- Garage with utility room
The house is ideally located in Ploéven, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
- Walks and hikes in the Breton countryside
- Discover the local gastronomy (crêpes, seafood, cheeses, etc.)
- Ty an Quer beach about 3 km away
- Douarnenez nautical centre around 17 km away
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park outside the house (5 spaces maximum) or in the garage (1 space).

- Nearest train station: Quimper, 25 km away
- Nearest airport: Brest, 63 km away
