MeadowRidge complex is located just .5 miles from Eagle Lodge, making quick access to the ski-slopes, bike park, town bike path & public transportation. This property offers self-check-in, parking & HOA amenities including: year-round jacuzzi/sauna & seasonal pool, tennis & BBQ.

This 2-story, 1181 sq. ft. townhome has 2-bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The townhome is located right on the bluff, offering extensive mountain views from the open living area. The home just completed (May 2026) a full remodel – kitchen and bathrooms completely redone, new paint, updated furnishings and new carpet throughout. The remodel was done tastefully – keeping the home cozy with classic mountain style.
The open living area is the star of this home, with views that are truly breathtaking. The vaulted ceilings and windows overlooking mountains create a warm environment that immerse you in true mountain living. The living room has comfortable furnishings overlooking the scenery with a queen-sized sleeper sofa, TV with Smart features and wood burning fireplace. Off the living room is a private deck to take in the mountain view and starry night sky. Firewood is located on the deck.
