Welcome to Meadow Ridge. This complex is conveniently situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, just .5 miles from Eagle Lodge for easy access to the ski-slopes, bike park, town bike path, and public transportation (directly outside the complex).
This updated home offers self-check-in, free parking, Wi-Fi and year-round access to the jacuzzi and sauna. The pool is open Memorial Day thru Labor Day.

This spacious 2-story, 1185 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 3 bath, home has been upgraded, with luxury vinyl flooring and remodeled bathrooms, offering a bright, fresh, and modern space. The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood among the pine tree forest - offering a serene space, with natural light and forest views.
This home has an open floorplan and feels spacious with the large picture windows overlooking the forest and meadow, vaulted ceilings, and luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The living room has a large cozy couch, TV with smart features, and wood burning fireplace to keep you warm on cold winter days. Off the living space is a private porch, perfect for stargazing and taking in the crisp mountain air. The kitchen has been upgraded with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and comes fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. The dining room table offers seating for 6. Off the upstairs main living area is a full bathroom, fully remodeled with quartz countertop vanity and walk-in shower.
Both bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom offers a king bed with dresser and closet space, and ensuite remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers sleeping for 3, with a full-sized bed and single trundle, and closet space. The third bathroom is located in the hallway, just off the second bedroom and has a tub/shower and quartz countertop vanity.
There is in-unit laundry, as well as an in-unit ski closet to keep all of your gear safe, warm, and ready to go.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, fire starter, and matches.

You will have the entire condo to yourselves.
The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at Meadow Ridge. There is one jacuzzi, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal) and tennis courts (seasonal – bring your own racquets!).

Some of the windows in 1 bedroom are stock can’t open, also I thought there was spous to have a barbecue grill on the property.

Great place. Very comfortable, rooms and living space are nice. Location is great, and the facility amenities are wonderful. Everything was as described, and we would definitely stay here again.
