* Once a reservation has been made, you cannot reduce the number of guests or nights. Nor can you change the dates.
* In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend that you check the weather forecast and pack clothes that are best suited to the weather :).
* Mexico City has experienced water shortages in the area. Given the possibility of service disruptions, we will remain vigilant at all times.

If your stay includes a Tuesday, please note that a member of our team may visit the property between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to perform maintenance on the outdoor areas.
These tasks are carried out with minimal disruption and do not require access to any private guest areas.

Security Deposit
For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to place a hold for a security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released after checkout, provided there is no damage or breach of the terms of your stay.
