Private swimming pool, enclosed garden, terrace and rooftop, without vis-à-vis: all the privacy of a real holiday home for 6 people + 2 (extra beds).
Bikes and surfboards included to explore beaches and Landes forest.
Quiet residential area, shops 500m away, tram to Bayonne/Biarritz 200m away. Ideal with friends or family for a rejuvenating stay, lulled by the scent of pine trees and the breath of the Atlantic. Very comfortable, it is fully equipped and furnished. It has 3 bedrooms, spread over two floors: the living rooms on the first level overlook a rooftop, while the bedrooms on the garden level overlook the garden, the terrace, the swimming pool and a dining area for 8 people. Very bright, it is south-west facing with a view of the Landes canopy (Natura 2000 area).

A parking space is available in front of the house. Cycle path to Bayonne (15 min) then the beaches of Ondres (15 min).
Thanks to its privileged location, in a residential, green and quiet area, everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, for a stress-free stay. All amenities 500m away (mini-market, pharmacy, bakery, market).

The house is also close to the tram serving Bayonne, Biarritz and Anglet, facilitating the exploration of the treasures of the Basque Country and the Landes. Bus and tram stop 200m away, with access to the center + Bayonne + plages.La house is located in a quiet and green residential area, making it an ideal setting to recharge your batteries with family or friends. Out of respect for the neighborhood, we ask to limit noise after 10pm (music, swimming pool, terrace). A friendly atmosphere during the day and in the evening is of course welcome!
The swimming pool is equipped with a safety cover and a submerged alarm, in accordance with the regulations.
For the safety of all, especially children, it must be used under adult supervision.
