Located in front of the pine forest and at the foot of the cycle paths leading to the beach of Ondres in a few minutes, villa of 200 m2 spacious and bright with large pool 9 x 5 heated and secured by rolling shutter electric.
On a closed ground of approximately 900m2, you will also be able to benefit from a covered terrace which shelters an upmarket Spa 5 places (three seated places, two elongated places) 122 jets, Bluetooth audio system, waterfall and equipped with a blanket safety for children.
Always under the terrace a large table and a plancha for outdoor meals.
On the south-facing poolside beach, sunbathing and cushions invite you to laze in the sun.
Side games, for the big and small children, a big trampoline and a ping-pong table are at disposal.
Inside, large living room, dining table for 12 people, new functional kitchen of 2018, storeroom with washing machine and dryer,
TV lounge, Wifi, Airplay enclosure accessible to your mobile devices, board games, card games.
2 bathrooms (a bath + 2 walk-in showers)
2 separate toilets,
4 bedrooms + large mezzanine (3 beds 160, 1 bed 140, 3 beds 90 and cot available + sofa bed 140 on mezzanine). Possibility to add extra beds in the mezzanine for children (to do with us).
On the mezzanine upstairs, playroom with toys and books for children.
Ideal location between Capbreton-Hossegor and the Basque Coast (Bayonne, Biarritz, Anglet) which can radiate to visit the region.
Free shuttle to Ondres beach nearby.
At the foot of the house is the Vélodyssée which will take you to Tarnos, Labenne or Capbreton.
For a jog or a walk in the Landes forest, just push the door of the house.

The house and everything that comes with it was used to the full extent. You can bike to the beach in 10min or just take car since there is plenty of parking available. Our family loved the place and would come back if time allows. Thx again for the great hospitality. Best, Ralf
