Located on the second floor in a quiet and private setting, this welcoming apartment offers a private entrance and exclusive parking space no. 116 within the condominium area.
The modern and functional apartment comprises a bright living room with a comfortable queen-size sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, air fryer, and a Smart TV. The sleeping area features two spacious double bedrooms and a full bathroom with a large shower.
The property also includes a terrace equipped with a washer and dryer, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. To ensure maximum comfort in every season, all rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art inverter air conditioning.
