Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unschlagbar. Super nah am fähranleger, Strand und Altstadt. Clara ist sehr nett und bemüht den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Sie antwortet sehr schnell und kümmert sich um Probleme. Obwohl die Wohnung an der Hauptstraße liegt ist es sehr ruhig und die Fenster sind zum Innenhof.
Das Badezimmer bietet etwas wenig Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern. Vor allem für das Waschbecken Handtuch. Zudem wäre eine neuer duschkopf wünschenswert.

La posizione è il punto forte di questa struttura. Il parcheggio lo si trova gratuitamente a qualche centinaio di metri. L'appartamento presenta una cucina fornitissima.
Le uniche due pecche a mio avviso sono state la pressione dell'acqua troppo bassa dal soffione della doccia e la mancanza di un balconcino.

Bel posticino, pulito e al centro di Portoferraio
Il gestore ci ha subito fatto notare che non avevamo avvisato della presenza delle bici, accompagnando l’osservazione con un bel discorsetto, come se fossimo noi quelli maleducati per averle messe accanto alla bici del cugino, che era già lì. Ah, santa pazienza… certe volte ci vuole davvero.

In eccellente posizione nel centro di Portoferraio, l'alloggio è finemente arredato ed equipaggiato con tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno. Da segnalare la gentilezza e correttezza dei proprietari. Consigliato
