The Space:
From the moment you arrive, this beautifully restored white Queenslander sets a tone of timeless elegance. Set on sprawling private acreage, it’s been styled by The Ancient Wellness Hunter, with natural textures and vintage details that give every room warmth and soul.
The living spaces flow straight out to the outdoors, where a resort-style pool and spa, pizza oven, BBQ, mature shade trees and a long verandah are made for slow lunches and unhurried days.
Main residence
• Three light-filled downstairs bedrooms, including a master with private ensuite, plus a main bathroom built for relaxation.
• Upstairs, two further bedrooms each open onto their own Juliette balcony over the greenery, alongside a large open living area and a dedicated reading nook and meditation corner — a true retreat above the Matcham valley.
Self contained Guest House
• A separate cottage at the rear with its own parking: queen bedroom, full bathroom, open-plan kitchen and lounge, and its own laundry (washer, dryer and dishwasher). Ideal for extended family or anyone wanting extra privacy.

Coast Hosting is a professional hosting company and will ask you to provide a digital copy of your ID prior to arrival. These details are required via a secure, online Guest Check in Form and the details are stored safely.
We also require a refundable security bond of $1,000, which will be held for the duration of your stay to cover any potential damages. This will be released within 7 days after your departure, provided there are no issues.
You will also be asked to provide your card details via the same secure online check-in form. These details are encrypted and securely processed through the Stripe payment gateway.
We are governed by and fully comply with strict privacy laws, and your card details will not be shared with any third party or retained beyond what is necessary to securely process the required payment or authorization.
Third-party bookings are generally not permitted. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property and must be present for the duration of the booking.
The booking guest is responsible for providing accurate guest details, completing all required verification, agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, and accepting responsibility for the conduct of all guests during the stay.
