This was the perfect place for our 12 day stay for both weekends of Jazzfest. Location was great. Very easy to drive to and from our usual parking spot on Moss Street for Jazzfest. Costco and Rouses's Market are close by. The upstairs apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was adequately furnished. Host was very responsive. Washer and dryer a big plus. Street parking was always available. Definitely recommend.

Home was as advertised, in very central location, clean, and the host was very communicative while on the stay and very generous and understanding for any needs we had. Host also provided a king cake gift which was very thoughtful and appreciated. Would recommend and stay again!
