Welcome to our stunning new build home in the heart of Merion Village, Columbus, Ohio. Designed with a contemporary lifestyle in mind, this 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom residence combines modern luxury with the charm of one of Columbus`s most beloved neighborhoods. Ideal for families, friends, and business travelers.
The Space
Modern Luxury: Open-concept living space with natural light through expansive windows, sleek modern decor, and high-end finishes. Each bedroom features its own private bathroom.
Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, quartz countertops, and all the essentials for preparing a delicious meal.
Outdoor Living: Private balcony with cozy seating area — perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.
Spacious Comfort: Four bedrooms (including a luxurious master suite) with private en-suite baths, plus a powder room on the main floor. Comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home. The garage is not available to guests at this time.
Getting Around
Walkable to Schiller Park (9 min), Lou Berliner Sports Park (11 min), and many top-rated restaurants. Short drive to Southern Theater (3 min). Steps to German Village. 5 min to Convention Center, 5 min to Nationwide Children`s Hospital, 10 min to OSU and Ohio Stadium, 10-15 min to John Glenn Columbus International Airport. Free street parking available.
Neighborhood
Merion Village — full of lively entertainment and dining options, with the country`s largest resident theater company nearby. Enhanced by 23-acre Schiller Park (Huntington Garden, mature trees, a lake, tennis courts, picnic areas). Minutes from downtown Columbus, steps to German Village, walking distance to many 4- and 5-star restaurants and a large grocery store.

Guests must provide ID and sign the Rental Agreement after booking. No parties.
PET FEES (one-time, based on length of stay):
- Less than 5 nights: $35
- 5-30 nights: $50
- 30+ nights: $100 (prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month)
Registration: STR permit on file with City of Columbus.
Check-in 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM. Checkout by 11:00 AM. Maximum 10 guests. No parties or unauthorized gatherings. No smoking. Pets allowed with disclosure and per-stay fee. Valid government ID + signed rental agreement required before arrival instructions are issued. Minimum age to rent: 25. Quiet hours: 9 PM - 8 AM Sun-Thu, 10 PM - 8 AM Fri-Sat. Damage to the property is the responsibility of the guest/party.
