Cocoonr offers you this charming 99 m² house with wifi (fibre optics), which sleeps up to 5 people, to rent in Surzur.
It comprises an attractive 34 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- A 34 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Three bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 with 1 single bed
Bedroom 2 with 1 bunk bed
Bedroom 3 with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally situated in Surzur, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.

- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique airport
