About this house rental
Discover this charming house ideally located in Sarzeau, in a calm and verdant environment, in the countryside. Completely renovated and perfectly equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 travellers. Just 5 km from Banastère beach and 6 km from the town centre, you will enjoy a privileged setting to relax. Its pleasant exterior with enclosed garden and fitted terrace, equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, make it a perfect place to share good moments with family or friends on the Rhuys peninsula.
Enter through the entrance door and discover a pleasant living area with access to the terrace. The kitchen, open and modern (refrigerator, freezer, gas hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher), will allow you to prepare your meals as if at home. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster and two coffee makers (one filter and one Espresso). You can share your meals around the indoor dining table or enjoy the terrace table on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofa facing the television.
The accommodation has 3 bedrooms upstairs:
Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 x 190 cm).
Bedroom 3: a single bed (120 x 190 cm).
The bathroom, located upstairs, has a shower, a toilet and a hairdryer. A second independent toilet completes the accommodation.
A washing machine, as well as an ironing board and an iron, are also at your disposal.
You will benefit from 4 parking spaces in front of the house.
