About this house rental
Enter the property via the front door into the central hallway. The well equipped kitchen is on the right hand side with access to the useful utility area in the side entrance. The large picture window has views of the garden, park and the River Exe.
On the left hand side is the comfy sitting room with more stunning views.
Further down the hallway and next to the living room is the master bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes. Behind the kitchen is the bathroom with shower over and a second wc next door.
Up a couple of steps to the 2nd double bedroom on the left and the 3rd bedroom with single bed and a desk suitable for working from.
The space is for guest access only and not shared.
We aren`t available ourselves but we use Ali from Field and Beach Property Management or FABStays for short! She is on hand to assist if you have any enquiries and will send you contact details upon booking.
THE GOOD HOUSEKEEPING BOND
As per our listing details, we operate using a Good Housekeeping Bond and whilst we do not take a physical deposit, we have up to 14 days after departure to charge for any additional cleaning or damages caused during your stay and not reported. We understand that accidents can happen so please let us know if you have anything to report before your departure. Thank you
- Parties are strictly prohibited this is a quiet residential area not suitable for events
- Extra guests are not allowed unless previously authorised
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property
- We do not allow the use of candles ethanol burners or any other naked flame items. This is a safety precaution to help us prevent a fire starting in the home
- Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Please keep the noise down especially after 10pm
- It is not permitted to charge electric vehicles using the property`s electricity supply.
