Just minutes from the 151st Street exit off Highway 69, the home offers easy access to everything the Kansas City area has to offer. Shops, grocery stores, and great restaurants are all within walking distance.

Our multi-level split-entry home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests plus a baby. A Pack ’n Play and high chair are provided.

The upstairs guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The third full bathroom is conveniently located on the lower level near the second living area.
KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for cooking and dining, along with extra folding tables and seating for larger groups.
The main dining table seats six. Additional 6-foot folding tables, benches, and chairs are stored in the lower-level closet and can be set up as needed.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Enjoy the large, fully fenced backyard, with plenty of room for kids to play and for everyone to relax or gather outdoors. The outdoor grill is perfect for family cookouts.
A NOTE ABOUT THE HIGHWAY
The home is located along a highway, but the highway is not visible from the house. A property fence, tall highway barrier, and trees are positioned between the home and the highway.
You may notice some traffic noise while outside, but it is not noticeable inside the house. Our new windows significantly reduce outside noise, which has also been confirmed by our guests.
