Located on the ground floor, a stone's throw from Port Bourgenay. in the heart of Port Bourgenay golf course, in the midst of nature and a short walk from the beach. Ideal for relaxing holidays with family or friends, with access to holiday village facilities: golf, tennis, shops and heated communal swimming pool (1st June – 15th September, wristbands provided).
It comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and sink, as well as a separate toilet.
The bright living area includes an equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee maker, kettle, toaster), a lounge-dining room with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bench bed (1 bed), allowing it to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.
You will also enjoy a beautiful furnished terrace, with a plancha and outdoor furniture to share meals in the open air in a peaceful setting.
