House of 45m² located in a very quiet residence, 300m from the heart of the village of Port Bourgenay, overlooking the pool of the Domaine du Moulin, free access to the aquatic complex, heated pool (from May 1 to September 30)
Exceptional location: close to the beach, forest, golf, tennis, swimming pool and shops.
Quiet, in a green area, 3 km from the Veillon Beach and the Payré estuary (classified natural site), 10 km from La Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne.
