This cozy and idyllic vacation home, situated in a quiet location and accommodating up to 4 people, is set on its own property and is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation on the Baltic Sea. The fine sandy beach is just 400 m from the property.
The house features a living and dining area with a table and 4 chairs, a large couch, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. In the open and fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a dishwasher. The vacation home has two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a closet. The second bedroom has a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm) and a closet. The bright, tiled bathroom with a window is equipped with a corner bathtub and a shower. You can access the large terrace and the beautiful garden directly from the living room. Garden furniture is provided. The vacation home has Wi-Fi. Electricity and water are billed based on usage. Parking is available free of charge right next to the vacation home.
The Baltic Sea spa town of Graal-Müritz is located between Rostock and the Fischland-Darss-Zingst peninsula. The town stretches 5 km along the Baltic Sea and is almost entirely surrounded by the Rostocker Heide forest. Graal-Müritz offers various attractions such as the 350-meter-long pier, the 4.5-hectare rhododendron park, the local history museum, the old Büdnerhäuser, the Graal-Müritz church, and the Ribnitz raised bog.
Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental price; you may bring your own or book them as an optional extra. The visitor’s tax for your stay must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and check-out is from 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over at the vacation rental agency’s office.
