About this house rental

We completely renovated our house in 2013/2014. There is nothing standing in the way of year-round use thanks to the two night storage heaters. There is also a fireplace in the house. A wonderfully large covered wooden terrace invites you to linger. In the children's room with a bunk bed, the kids have their own TV with DVD. Professional external shading only lets in as much light as you want. A washing machine is available in the very spacious modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom with double bed. Kitchen fully equipped, living room as well. Tiled floors everywhere. Insect protection in the children's room, bathroom and bedroom. Safe also available. Of course also a parking space on the property.

Alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht findet man im Strandhaus Nele. Ob mit Fahrrad oder zu Fuß. Ohne weiteres kann fast komplett auf das Auto verzichtet werden.

Wir haben einen superschönen Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft verlebt. Der Bungalow liegt sehr schön ruhig und doch nah am Strand. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir wurden vom Vermieter erwartet und mit allem Wichtigem rund ums Haus und auch Ausflugstipps versorgt. Vielen Dank dafür. :-) Fischland-Darss-Zingst und Rostock sind einen Katzensprung entfernt. Wenn wir wieder in diese Region kommen, dann gerne wieder ins Strandhaus Nele. Lieber Olaf nochmal vielen Dank für Deine Gastfreundschaft . Liebe Grüße aus Bad Oeynhausen

Toller, ruhiger Garten. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Schöner und nicht überlaufener Sandstrand. Tolles Haus für eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern. Wir waren vier Wochen hier, für einen Langzeitaufenthalt absolut zu Empfehlen.

Das große umzäunte, ruhige Grundstück und die Strandnähe waren optimal für uns und unsere zwei kleinen Kinder. Graal-Müritz eignet sich zum Erholen super, alles was man braucht ist da und es ist nicht so krass überfüllt wie z.B. Zinnowitz.

Ein entspannter Urlaub

Wir waren anfangs sehr gespannt, auf unser Feriendomizil. Das Vermieterpaar war sehr nett und unsere Bedenken schnell ausgeräumt. Es war alles da, was man für solch einen Urlaub braucht. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass der Bungalow etwas abseits lag und wir uns somit jederzeit zurückziehen konnte, ob das nun das Frühstück auf der Terasse oder der Sonnenuntergang auf der Liege war. Der Ort war nicht überlaufen und die Ausflugsziele schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. In der Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes haben uns unsere Kinder und Enkelkinder besucht. Diese wollten gar nicht mehr weg, denn alles war auch kindgerecht eingerichtet. Wir fahren selten an einen Ort zweimal in den Urlaub. Aber hier würden wir jederzeit herkommen. Das Ferienhaus war genau so wie im Internet angekündigt, relativ Strandnah und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die große überdachte Terrasse macht den Aufenthalt Wetterunabhängiger.

Idyllisch gelegener Bungalow in Strandnähe

Liebevoll eingerichtet fanden wir das schöne Strandhaus vor. Der erste Eindruck war super ! Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, erhielten alle notwendigen Informationen zum Haus und wurden sogar während des Aufenthaltes nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage am Waldrand, sehr idyllisch mitten in der Natur. Der Strand ist um die Ecke und wunderschön. Es war auch in der Hochsaison verhältnismäßig leer am Strand. Das Strandhaus ist freundlich im Ostseelook ausgestattet. Die große Fensterfront mit Blick in den Garten und die überdachte komplett möblierte Holzterrasse (mit Windfang top !) lassen keine Wünsche übrig. Unseren Kindern hat der schöne Garten zum Toben sehr gefallen. Eine Sitzgelegenheit für die Kleinen im Garten, der Bollerwagen und viel Spielzeug im Kinderzimmer (und natürlich der DVD Player !!) war für unsere Kinder ideal. Der Bungalow ist komplett ausgestattet, das Bad ist nagelneu. Einziges Manko: es fehlt der Geschirrspüler ;-) Aber das ist wirklich bei dem tollen Rundumpaket nebensächlich. Zu erwähnen ist auch die Umgebung. In Graal-Müritz kann man viel erleben und auch schnell viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Fazit: wir haben für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht....mehr Worte braucht es nicht.

Super Urlaub Sehr geflegter neu renovierter Bungalow in ruhger Lage.Alles da was man braucht und fragen werden sofort beantwortet.Nur wenige Gehminuten bis zu Strand, Cafe ,Restaurants und auch Ausflugziele in der Nähe.Kann man nur weiter empfelen.

Dieses Feriendomizil hält was es verspricht. Sehr schön eingerichteter Bungalow mit Terrasse und Garten. Für kühlere Abende steht ein Kamin zur Verfügung. Der Strand ist, wie beschrieben, nicht weit. Der Vermierter war auf unser wohl und gutergehen bedacht. Hat nachgefragt ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Sehenswürdigkeiten gibt es genug in der Umgebung, egal ob für Groß oder klein.
