Welcome to our cozy ground-floor apartment, Betti—perfect for relaxing days with family or friends.
Spanning 103 m², the apartment features a spacious living and dining area that opens directly onto the patio and garden, inviting you to spend time outdoors. The apartment features three spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds for up to 6 people and two modern bathrooms with showers.
The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher makes cooking a breeze, while you can enjoy HDTV in the living room. Free Wi-Fi, bed linens, towels, and a washing machine round out the amenities.
Upon request, we’re happy to provide baby equipment (crib, high chair). Parking is available right at the house.
Enjoy sunny afternoons on the furnished patio, shared barbecue evenings, or simply the tranquility of the garden—here you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing vacation in a cozy atmosphere.

It’s no coincidence that we’re called the Family Vacation Apartment. In addition to our already very family-friendly amenities, we’ve added a special playroom that’s a great place for both children and adults to relax—and not just when the weather’s bad. Here, the little ones have a huge play paradise with a ball pit, a slide, and plenty of toys! Meanwhile, the grown-ups can relax in the lounge next door or enjoy thrilling games of pool and foosball. In the summer, when the weather is nice, there’s also a pool available.
On- or off-road?
In addition, our guests have access to two large off-road pedal karts and even a ATV, which are perfect for exploring the beautiful roads and trails in the enchanting Franconian Switzerland region!
