Escape to Twin Creeks on Tims Ford Lake for the perfect lake getaway! This beautifully designed home includes a complimentary 6 seater golf cart for easy access to the marina, pools, and neighborhood fun. Spend your days boating, dining by the water, or relaxing on the lake, then enjoy being just 5 minutes from downtown shopping, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether you`re planning a family vacation or weekend escape, this home is the ideal mix of convenience, comfort, and lake life.
On the main level you will find your king size bed and ensuite bathroom just off the outside patio area with fireplace and tv. Upstairs you will find 2 queen bunk beds(total capacity of 8 people in this room) and another king bedroom. You can get around the neighborhood on the new luxurious 6 seater golf cart with speakers for a great time!
Local Attracations:
Jack Daniel`s Distillery is about 25 minutes away where you can take a tour and tasting
5 min to downtown winchester for restaurants, coffee, and shopping
A short golf-cart ride to the marina
2 min to Dry Creek Beach Area(Open Seasonally)
The community pools are open seasonally May-Labor Day
This home is located in the popular Twin Creeks Neighborhood next to the marina and close to downtown for restaurant, coffee, and grocery options.
There are cameras at the entry door and owner`s closet
There are 2 spaces in the driveway and then 1 more in the garage beside the golf cart
There are 2 stairs to the front porch and then stairs going upstairs in the home.
Must be 25yrs of age or great to book the property
Must be over 21yrs of age to drive the golf cart and possess a valid driver`s license.
