About this house rental
The heart of the cottage is the spacious eat-in kitchen, designed for cooking, entertaining and receiving guests. The interior is a homemade Ikea 'hack' with fronts made using the Japanese 'shou sugi ban' technique. The living room is made for coziness, with many nooks for a nap or a good book next to the stove. The children's bedroom has a double loft with a good staircase, while the master bedroom has a double patio door so you can enjoy your morning coffee in bed to the sound of birds chirping.
Towards the garden you'll find the house's sun deck, which is perfectly sheltered so you can sit outside even on windy days. At the end of the terrace is an outdoor shower where you can take a nice hot bath under the stars.
The area offers many opportunities for nature experiences and local shopping. You can take walks to Rågegården, the beach, AP Møllergrunden and Heatherhills. Fresh fish can be picked up in Gilleleje, and the local farm shops offer fresh vegetables.
