This lovely vacation rental home is within walking distance (15–20 minutes) of Marina Rubicon, with its exclusive selection of waterfront bars, restaurants, and designer shops, and is also conveniently located near Playa Dorada and Costa Papagayo beaches.
The vacation rental home features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom is located upstairs and has its own bathroom with twin sinks, a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a bidet. It features a super king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm).
A spacious upper terrace has been furnished with comfortable rattan sofas, two chairs, and tables, as well as two additional sunbeds. Enhanced with atmospheric lighting, this is the perfect place to relax with a book and a glass of wine while admiring the view of Marina Rubicon and the beautiful sea views across to the island of Fuerteventura.
Downstairs, you’ll find the second bedroom, which features twin beds and a window overlooking the pool area, as well as a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
The vacation rental home has three separate air conditioning units, located in the master bedroom, the twin bedroom, and the living room; all of these units are coin-operated via a single main coin-operated unit behind the front door. It is recommended that you have some € coins on hand for the first day or night.

The pool measures 4 x 3 meters and is 1.1 to 1.4 meters deep. Pool and beach towels are provided for your convenience.
A stunning Jacuzzi hot tub has been tucked into a corner of the terrace and comfortably accommodates 4 guests, offering them the luxury of de-stressing or soothing any aching muscles!
