Lovely Villa Agua & fuego,heated pool

This lovely modern villa is very well equipped and located in a quiet residential development (very peaceful when we visited early June). It is a short drive from Marina Rubicón where you will find plenty of places to eat and shop (walkable too but no natural shade if it’s hot). It has everything you need and the heated pool was so warm and inviting! The owner was a joy to deal with and very responsive when we had some questions. Would definitely recommend and consider staying at again in the future.

Off road parking is available directly at the villa but seemed a little tight. However, there was plenty of parking just outside the main gate which is directly across the road from the villa. We chose to use this as it was easier and convenient.

La villa est splendide et super bien équipée ! Beaucoup d’espace pour se détendre en intérieur et extérieur. Villa très propre et très bien située proche de La plage de Papagayo, de Playa Blanca et de la marina. L’hôte est très réactive et adorable pour nous donner plein de conseils et répondre à nos questions ! La résidence est calme et bien entretenue, vous avez de quoi garer la voiture. Je recommande !

La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus en hiver! La maison est très bien équipée, et l'hôte est très réactive et sympathique!

C'est un détail mais quand il pleut la pluie passe sous la porte et inonde toute l'entrée. Apparemment ce soucis est compliqué à régler.

What an amazing villa and an amazing host. We didn't meet Isabella but she communicated with us whenever we had a question. The photos on booking.com was exactly like the villa. The heated pool was great, the beds were really comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. They area was quiet and we felt very safe. Itd a 15 mins walk to the nearest bar and 20 mins walk to Aldi. I would definitely stay here again! Its

The WiFi wasn't great on the TV but I had a good signal on my other devices. If you dont like walking, youll need a car (we liked walking)
