Impressive and ostentatious beachfront villa. It is situated in front of one of the best beaches on the island, known for its kilometres of white sand and crystal-clear waters. Ideal for enjoying with family.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge with exterior views and comfortable sofas, four spacious, comfortable and bright bedrooms with capacity for five people and two bathrooms.
Outside you will find several terraces, one of them situated on the upper part of the villa with beautiful sea views, equipped with chill out furniture where you can relax. And on the other hand, you can enjoy the spacious garden, completely private, also equipped with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the warm temperatures of the island.
It is an ideal house to enjoy with children thanks to its spacious outdoor area and the ideal location where it is situated, quiet and safe.
ALL BEDROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, AS DOES THE LOUNGE-DINING ROOM.
As mentioned previously, it is located in Playas de Muro, where you will find a wide variety of shops, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as the beautiful seafront promenade that runs through practically the entire municipality.
Check-in and check-out is flexible, as long as there are no other bookings, in that case, check-in must be at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00. All our houses are carefully cleaned so that our guests are protected against covid.
IMPORTANT: FROM 1 NOVEMBER TO 31 MARCH ELECTRICITY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
- If the booking is made through Homeaway or Booking, 30% will be requested in advance, however, you have 15 days before your arrival to cancel without penalty.
