The townhouse "Gaviotas" is located in a dream location, directly on the white sand beach and crystal-clear waters of Playa de Muro with unbeatable views and has private access to the beach.
The outdoor area has a furnished terrace for dining outdoors, chill-out furniture to relax in one of its comfortable hammocks overlooking Muro Beach, an elevated and furnished terrace to enjoy sea views and its crystal-clear waters. Its lawn offers space for children to play or sunbathe.
The modern carefully styled house is distributed over 3 floors and has space for 6 people in 3 bedrooms. It features an open kitchen connected to the living room, bright and modern, a living-dining room with wifi and Smart TV where you can spend pleasant moments with friends or family, 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a bathroom with shower and a main bedroom on the second floor with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and spectacular sea views. One of the rooms has a double bed and ceiling fan and another room with 2 single beds. One of the bathrooms is located on the first floor. Another room on the second floor with a King size bed, spectacular views of Muro Beach and an en-suite bathroom.
The accommodation has air conditioning in the dining room and in one of the double rooms, the rest of the rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

Wir reisen nun schon zum Wiederholten male in das Haus und sind jedes mal aufs neue Begeistert. Der Preis ist ist zwar gepfeffert aber die Lage ist Unschlagbar.

Ein sehr schönes Haus, welches an der Ein oder Anderen Stelle renoviert werden könnte (Dusche läuft nicht ab, Halter für Handbrause defekt, verrostete Lampe auf der Terrasse, etc..)
Die Lage ist echt klasse! Sofort am Strand aber auch sofort neben einem Clubhotel. Wenn man auf der Terasse sitzt hat man jeden Abend kostenlose LAUTE Live Musik bis ca 23:00 Uhr :-).
Wer mit den Abstrichen leben kann, kann hier für ein gutes Preis/Leistubgsverhältnis Urlaub machen.
