About this apartment rental

Bright apartment in a unique location. Panoramic views and within walking distance of a village with a restaurant.



Experience the charm of a modern home in historic surroundings in this spacious apartment located on top of a hill north of Lucca. With its unique location in an old 15th-century rural complex, this residence combines historical aesthetics with modern comfort.



The apartment is spread over two floors and features exposed beams and stone walls, creating an authentic and cozy atmosphere. The upper floor offers a large, bright living room with a dining area and open kitchen, while the bedrooms and bathroom are located on the lower floor.

Since the apartment is located high up, you’ll enjoy a refreshing breeze, but there are also electric fans for warmer days.



There is direct access from the living area to a small private garden furnished for al fresco dining and relaxation. The garden and this outdoor area are not shared with anyone.



The common areas include a well-maintained park with a large swimming pool, where you can take a refreshing dip or simply relax in the sun and enjoy the magnificent views (the swimming pool is open from May 1 to September 30).



The area offers many opportunities to explore Tuscany, from the peaceful olive groves and vineyards surrounding the property to the historic cities of Lucca and Pisa and the beautiful beaches of Versilia. We recommend having a car, although a short walk will take you to the nearest village with restaurants and shops.

A really lovely apartment. Unfortunately, it does show signs of heavy use. For example, the refrigerator and bed frame were worn and noisy. There were also no dishcloths or tea towels, even though it said they would be provided. It would also have been nice if salt, pepper, and oil had been available. The kitchen space is minimal, there’s no room for storing dry goods, and the fridge is very small. The apartment is still cozy, though, and the view is really beautiful. Hanne responds quickly and is really sweet. It’s worth noting that parking is about 1 kilometer away. It would have been nice to know that beforehand (with two kids and a lot of suitcases). It was also a hassle on a daily basis when we went on outings, shopping, etc. Fantastic pool!
