    Honest Review of My Stay I had a disappointing experience at this hotel, starting with a booking confusion at check-in. Despite requesting an 11:30 AM check-in, I only got my room at 1:00 PM. The hotel initially declined my booking and suggested rebooking at a lower price for the same reservation. Even though my booking included breakfast, I had to remind the staff multiple times in the morning to receive it. To make matters worse, the receptionist made a rude comment about my booking being at a lower price and offered breakfast worth just ₹20-50. The next day, the same unprofessional remark was repeated. While the rooms are nice and the hotel has the potential to be a 4-star property, the service is severely lacking. The staff appears inexperienced in hospitality, with basic requests like a water bottle requiring multiple reminders yet going unfulfilled. The receptionist was particularly rude, more interested in chatting and laughing than attending to guests. Additionally, there was constant construction noise, making the stay even more unpleasant. If the hotel owner is reading this, I strongly urge you to focus on improving service quality. Hospitality is about being customer-centric, polite, and attentive—something that was completely missing here. Overall, my stay was a waste of both money and time. I wouldn't recommend this place until service standards are significantly improved.

    Only thing...it was expensive and breakfast was pathetic. Though...there kitchen was not ready but they could have provided more options. But i would love to visit again because of the staff
