About this house rental
The house has 130 square metres of living space, so there's plenty of light and room to roam. All interiors are in a minimalist and Nordic style with bright and earthy colours. There are three bedrooms which can accommodate up to nine people, and then there are two bathrooms, both with shower and toilet, and then the main bathroom even has a lovely bathtub. Inside you'll also find a stargazer where, on those clear and cloudless nights, you can stargaze and maybe even spot a shooting star.
The cottage is set in 10,000 square metres of natural grounds, so there's plenty of space to take a deep breath, enjoy the fresh air and completely relax. The outdoor living space is second to none, with an outdoor wood-burning wilderness pool, a shower and a wood-burning stove to warm you on those cool summer evenings. The garden is hung with atmospheric fairy lights so you can enjoy each other's company well into the evening. The house also has a large south-facing wooden terrace where you can always find a spot in the sun and shelter from the wind. The garden has a cosy newly built fire pit where you can gather, drink a cup of hot cocoa and roast a marshmallow or two.
Not far from the cottage is the sea and a lovely beach where you can take a dip or enjoy the sun-warm sand between your toes. The house also offers a lot of bicycles for free use so you can sneak to the nearest supermarket, Gedser town or Gedser Odde which is Denmark's southernmost point with rich bird life.
