The Space:
This well-presented three-bedroom, mid-terrace family home is located in the highly desirable area of Redland, just a short walk from Whiteladies Road and Gloucester Road.
The ground floor offers a bright, open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area, designed for socialising and relaxing together. The lounge has a cosy feel with an electric fireplace, Smart TV and a double sofa bed, while the dining space opens directly onto the south-west facing garden through French doors. To the rear, there is a useful utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, along with a ground-floor WC.
Upstairs, the home offers three well-sized bedrooms arranged across two floors, all fitted with double beds, making it ideal for families or groups. The main bathroom features a four-piece suite, including a separate shower and a freestanding bath.
Outside, the south-west facing garden is perfect for outdoor dining and catching the afternoon and evening sun. To the front, there is a small courtyard garden.

No Security Deposit: There is no security deposit required to be settled for this stay, so you don't need to worry about any large hold on your card!
Optional Damage Protection: Instead, we offer an entirely optional non-refundable damage waiver to give you extra peace of mind during your stay. This is completely optional, and more details/options will be sent via a secure verification link right after your booking is confirmed.
If early check-in or late check-out is requested, fees will apply to cover cleaner’s costs. We will accommodate this where possible.
Lost keys will be charged at £50.
