The cottage was small but cozy. Perhaps a little dark inside. At this time of year, you need small lamps by the sofa so you can read or knit, for example.
The kitchen had the bare essentials, but nothing more. A trip to the thrift store could quickly upgrade it. The area was lovely for walking the dog.
