Cozy vacation home for up to five people in a quiet area. The vacation home offers a cozy kitchen/living area for family life with a dining and sitting area. TV with Chromecast for streaming your own TV providers. From the living area, you have direct access to the terrace with seating and further on to the natural property. The ground floor of the house also has a bathroom with shower, an entrance hall, and a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs in the attic, you will find a lounger and a small desk on the landing, as well as the largest bedroom with a double bed. You will be staying just a few minutes' walk (less than 200 m) from the small Sillerslev Marina, where a café is open during the summer months. Sillerslev Beach is located in the southern part of Mors, south of Nykøbing. There is a highly recommended bathing beach next to Sillerslev Harbor. It also has a blue flag and facilities such as toilets, tables, benches, beach volleyball, and a bathing jetty, and the water depth is child-friendly. There is a playground and dining options at the harbor. Sillerslev Beach is also considered a paradise for surfers. The vacation home has a smaller outbuilding, but without access.No rentals to youth groups, please!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
