About this house rental

Lovely holiday cottage located in Ørding Ferieby on the Isle of Mors. Beautiful view of the Limfjord from the house and ground. This holiday cottage is regularly renovated and situated on 1900 m2 plot. There are 3 rooms. 1 with 1 double bed and 2 rooms with 2 bunk bed in each. Combined kitchen / dining and living room with access to the terrace. There’s terrace around the house, so there are good opportunities to find shelter. Fireplace on the ground.


Ørding Ferieby is a lovely holiday cottages location with beach, bathing jetty and large public playground.

Ørding has a public football golf course that can be use freely. It is also in Ørding that you will find the museum, Morsø Old Smith (Morsø Gl. Smedie) where you can learn the good old craftsmanship. You can join “Mors Narration (Mors Fortælling)” in weeks 27-32 every Wednesday at 10am and at 1pm.

Sillerslev harbor is a nice harbor with commercial port where mussel fishers land their catch, and a modern Marina. It is also by the harbor that you will find the island's best beach.

Legind Bjerge (Legind Hill) is a scenic area with marked hiking and mountain bike trails. It is also in this area that you will find Jesperhus Holiday Park which is Northern Europe's largest flower park, pirate land, 4D cinema, Hugoland, water park and much more.

In the City of Nykøbing you will find a beautiful combined pedestrian and shopping street with many specialty shops. The pedestrian street connects the city with the harbor, where there are lots of activities throughout summertime. Every evening at 9:00 p.m. during the summertime, people gather at the Marina to hear a trumpeter plays a Danish music “The Sun Goes Down (or sunset)”.

The island's local historical museum, Dueholm Kloster (Dueholm Monastery) is located in the city, as wells as the museum “Dansk Støberimuseum (Danish Foundry Museum)”, which exhibits the old Morsø wood-burning stoves and stoves.

Morsø Golf Club with its beautiful 18 hole golf course is located on the outskirts of the city.

In Nordmors (Northern part of Mors), you will find the island's summit “Salgjerhøj”, from which there is a great view of Thisted Bredning and across the hilly landscape of the Isle of Mors. Here you will also find the famous mo-clay hill, “Hanklit”. At the tip of the island lies Feggeklit, where it associates with the legend of King Fegge.

Visit the agricultural museum, “Skarregaard”, where time has ceased in 1958. Here, you will also find a beautiful natural playground. Take the walking trail to the Fossil and Mo-clay Museum, where it tells about its 55 million years of history andthrough the many discoveries that was made at the mo-clay hills on the island of Mors.
The Isle of Mors has lots of activities to offer for the whole family.
